Woodbridge International, a global middle-market M&A firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client ProCNC, Inc. a Bellingham, Washington-based precision-manufacturer by Trulife Ltd., a provider of Class I medical devices headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
ProCNC specializes in both production and prototype machining of customized components for a variety of Fortune 500 and other OEMs, primarily those operating in the aerospace, medical, electronics and musical instruments industries.
Trulife is engaged in the creation, development, manufacture and marketing of niche healthcare products and operates from locations in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Ireland. The company maintains a service, manufacturing and distribution facility in the Seattle area.
Woodbridge worked diligently on behalf of ProCNC, who first engaged Woodbridge in March 2007. Despite adverse impacts of the recession and other challenges, ProCNC persevered, grew and Woodbridge was able to continue working on the deal and, ultimately, find the ideal buyer.
